"When Does Government Listen to the Public? Voluntary Associations and Dynamic Agenda Representation in the United States" by Shaun Bevan (University of Edinburgh) and Anne Rasmussen (University of Copenhagen) is out now in Policy Studies Journal! This new article uses several PAP datasets, including State of the Union, House hearings, public laws, Most Important Problem, and Encyclopedia of Associations.
