Dear CAP Friends,
We invite the CAP community and scholars interested in various aspects of policy agenda research to submit paper proposals for the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Comparative Agendas Project, hosted in Israel by the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at Reichman University (IDC, Herzliya). The conference will be held at the Reichman University campus in Herzliya on July 10-12, 2022. We envision, plan, and prepare to hold a full in-person event that encourages formal and informal exchange of ideas and advances comparative and collaborative work. We are optimistic that these goals could be achieved in an in-person event this summer. If conditions do not allow for broad participation of the accepted presenters, we will consider a hybrid setting that would advance the interest of presenting CAP related work and receiving value feedback. We believe and hope this will not be necessary. The planned in-person event promises a busy 3-day event, including an early methods workshop, 3 days of panels, roundtable and plenary sessions, a festive reception, the traditional group dinner, and a guided 1-day tour in Israel (at a cost). And all these, at the beautiful campus of Reichman University not too far from the Herzliya hotel strip on the Mediterranean Sea.
We welcome every CAP related papers, organized panels, and workshop proposals. To submit, please send a proposal by April 1, 2022 to THIS LINK. Please also circulate the call to your colleagues and relevant professional groups. If you have any question, please contact us at capil@idc.ac.il
Letters notifying acceptance to the conference will be sent by May 1. Participants will be asked to send their full paper by June 20. For additional and most up-to-date information, please follow us on twitter: @CAP_Conf22.
Please also visit our conference webpage for most up to date information about the conference, including hotels, transportation and conference schedule.
We hope to see many of you in Israel!
