Ana Maria Belchior is the coordinator of the project "Public Preferences and Policy Decision-Making" which is part of the Portuguese Agendas Project. She holds a PhD in Political Science (Institute of Political Studies - Portuguese Catholic University, 2008) and currently is an Auxiliary Professor at ISCTE-IUL, where she directs the Masters in Political Science. Belchior is currently the Director of the Department of Political Science and Public Policies, at ISCTE-IUL. Her research interest are: public opinion, electoral pledges, agenda-setting, democracy and political representation, political behaviour and research methodologies. Enrico Borghetto (personal homepage) is Assistant Professor at the University of Florence, Department of Political and Social Sciences. His research has focused on compliance with EU policies, the Europeanisation of national legislation, legislative studies and European decision-making. He was responsible for the project "Portuguese Parliament: Agenda-setting and Law-making" Project financed by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (IF/00382/2014).
Catherine Moury is an Assistant professor at the FCSH-NOVA University of Lisbon, holding a PhD in Comparative and European politics (University of Siena, 2005) and is also a researcher at CIES-IUL and at CICS-NOVA. She is the coordinator of the project "Party Pledge and democratic accountability" which is part of the Portuguese Agendas Project. She is the author of ‘Coalition Government and Party Mandate: How coalition agreements constrain ministerial action’ (Routledge, 2013) and ‘Changing rules of delegation: A contest of Power for comitology’ (with A. Héritier, C. Bisschoff e C-F. Bergström, Oxford University Press, 2013). Her main research focuses on institutional change in the European Union and on comparative policy-making. He is an Associate Professor (Political Science and Methodology) with Aggregation/Habilitation, at ISCTE-IUL, Director of the PhD Program in Political Science at ISCTE-IUL, and a senior researcher at CIES-IUL. Freire holds a Bachelor in Sociology (ISCTE-IUL), a Master in Social Sciences (ICS-UL), a PhD in Political Sociology (ICS-UL), and an Aggregation/Habilitation in Political Science (ISCSP-UTL). Conceição Pequito Teixeira is an Auxiliary Professor at the Institute for Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), holding a PhD in Political Science (ISCSP-UTL). Pequito regularly teaches at ISCSP-UTL and is also a senior researcher at CIES-IUL. Eftichia Teperoglou is a senior researcher at CIES-IUL. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Athens (2008). Teperoglou has an extensive research experience, having published numerous articles and worked as a researcher at several excellence research centers. Elisabetta De Giorgi is a PostDoc research fellow, at IPRI-NOVA (since 2012) and holds a PhD in Comparative and European Politics, by Siena University (2008). Emmanouil Tsatsanis is a senior researcher at CIES-IUL and a FCT PostDoc fellow, at ISCTE-IUL, where he is, as well, an Invited Professor. João Carvalho is a researcher at CIES-IUL and a FCT PostDoc research fellow, at ISCTE-IUL, since 2014. He holds a PhD in Politics, by the University of Sheffield (2012). J. M. Leite Viegas is a cathedratic professor at ISCTE-IUL and a senior researcher at CIES-IUL. He holds a PhD in Political Sociology from ISCTE-IUL (1995). Viegas held, for several years, the direction of the Department of Political Science and Public Policies at ISCTE-IUL. His main research interests are: political behavior, associations and democracy, political and social tolerance, democratic deliberation, civil society and citizenship. Sofia Serra-Silva is a PhD student in Comparative Politics at the Institute for Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon and a Junior Researcher at CIES-ISCTE. Viriato Queiroga joined the Portuguese Policy Agenda Project team in October 2013, as an assistant researcher. He is a PhD student in Political Science, at ISCTE-IUL, and a junior researcher at CIES-IUL since 2011. He is part of ISCTE-IUL's teaching body since March 2014, as a teaching assistant. His main research interests are: political behaviour, political ideology, tolerance, electoral pledges, agenda-setting, public policy, migrations and research methodologies. The Portuguese Agendas Project was born out of the collaboration between two Portuguese universities, the University of Lisbon and the University Nova of Lisbon, and encompasses three different but complementary projects:
