committee hearings (10,000 +),

interpellations, parliamentary questions, and ministerial statements (220,000 +),

reports submitted to the parliament by the government [i.e. the cabinet] (ca. 800),

motions of no confidence (ca. 100),

Council of Ministers legislative proceedings (6,000 +),

Constitutional Tribunal complaints (800 +) and decisions (2,500 +),

laws in force (ca. 750).

Associate professor at the Institute of American Studies and Polish Diaspora, Jagiellonian University, Ph.D. in political science (2002). He teaches courses on U.S. and Polish political systems and foreign policy. He is the author, co-author and editor of nine books, many articles and conference papers on relations between technology and politics, private authority in politics, comparative policy and methodological issues.
